CONNECTING…

We’d like you to meet Tomoe Ueyama from Project M’INT, member of the Venture Café Tokyo community.

INNOVATORS…

She is the founder of Project M’INT, a project that aims at helping mid to late career adults develop their career plans based on their purpose, character, and preference. The project encourages Japanese society to create a better future with promoting anti age-discrimination.

TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!

Since her first visit to Venture Café Tokyo as a mentee of our Office Hours program, she has been involved with numerous activities that include pitching and also as a panel speaker at Thursday Gathering. As a result, she connected with a pilot student for her prototype program, a team member, and a possible business partner in PERSOL CAREER CO., LTD. She enjoys serendipitous collisions with like-minded people within innovation community!
